Terms of Service
The ground rules for accessing and using Build.
Review draft · 17 October 2026 · Effective date pending sign-off
1. Provider and scope
Build AI Marketing OS is operated by BUILD 2DAY (PTY) LTD (registration 2026/469720/07). These draft terms describe intended platform rules and must be read with any executed customer agreement.
2. Accounts and authorised workspaces
Customer organisations must manage authorised users and protect credentials. They must provide accurate onboarding and brand information and ensure they have the rights necessary to upload audience data, marketing assets and other content.
3. AI suggestions and human review
Build can propose content and marketing actions, but outputs may be incorrect or unsuitable. Authorised users must review, approve and remain responsible for decisions and claims before publishing or authorising paid delivery. Approval gates are important safeguards, not a guarantee of legal compliance.
4. Audience data and third-party services
Customers must comply with applicable privacy and direct-marketing law, including required permissions and opt-outs. Use of Meta and other integrations is subject to those providers’ terms, permissions, technical restrictions and availability.
5. Advertising authorisation
Customers remain responsible for approved advertising budgets, account permissions and spending decisions. Preparation of an ad in a paused state is distinct from permission to activate delivery. A separate and explicit final launch approval must be retained for Build’s paid-ad workflow.
6. Commercial and service conditions — approval outstanding
Subscription pricing, billing dates, refunds, renewals, cancellations, service availability commitments, limitation of liability and contract termination need documented commercial decisions and appropriate legal review before these terms are adopted as a binding public customer agreement. Do not imply that these details have already been agreed.
7. Support and applicable law
Contact support@build2day.org. South African law is the proposed governing law, subject to mandatory applicable law. A final effective date will be set after legal and operational sign-off.
